Doctor report
This is what the report you take to your doctor looks like.
This sample was generated from the app's own report code with a synthetic user profile; it does not belong to a real person, and every page carries an "Örnek veri" (sample data) stamp. The sample is in Turkish. Your report is built from your own entries.
What is in the report?
- Header: the date range covered, the date it was generated, the number of days logged.
- Symptom scale: total score and band of the 11-item monthly scale; somatic, psychological and urogenital subscores; a stage estimate where available (with a "not a diagnosis" note).
- Hot flashes and night sweats: daily average, most intense day, total entries, average daily impact, night sweat entries and weekly average.
- Sleep and mood: averages on a 1–5 scale.
- Intervals between bleeds: your last bleed and the days between consecutive bleed starts.
- What I want to discuss: the topics you selected and the questions you wrote. Not shown in this sample because it is empty.
- Medicines: if you keep a medicine log, the name, dose and dates. Not shown in this sample because it is empty.
The report is free and you can create as many as you like. Even if your subscription ends, the reports you created stay with you.
